11^th Life :

I have so far shared the experience and learnings i have had in my previous 10 regressions, at this moment and after i have gone through many sessions when i look back i see how amazing and beautiful my journey has been, my questions have been answered  and my undersatnding of life events and the law governing my life events have increased so much that my life has changed, i am more at peace with myself, i can understand others better , i am more positive and do not complain anymore hence i am more grateful and i feel so blessed.

I am sharing my experiences as i know many of you who are reading these articles would have similar questions and maybe this would help you find your answers too or look for help.

I have now started getting body symptoms before an important learning or event is to unfold , so like the last time i had nausea and initially i did not realize what was happening , i kept on wondering if it was bad food, weather, tiresomeness and finally i knew what it was, i had something coming up, I called Dr.Vandana for an appointment and further reached her clinic as scheduled. We started with a short meditation and body cleansing and proceeded further to regression , i entered trans state as quickly as i usually do and i saw myself as a girl around the age of 13-14 and i was entering a house , nice, cozy home with a green grass lawn, a white painted house....I was baby sitting a small 4-5 years  old kid, he was not my brother but i was very attached to that baby, his parents would come by 5 pm and that was the time i would leave for my home. I was asked to see where i stayed and i was staying in an orphange , i was well over the age i was allowed to stay however i was a favorite of nuns there who run the orphange attached to the church so i was permitted to stay. I needed to know how did i end up being in the orphange so  i travelled back and i Saw my current life mother leaving the city with my younger brother and leaving me behind, i was then at the age of  7/8 with brown hair, wearing a long white frok , i could see them go but i still did not know what did that mean and never came to know either.

Dr.Vandana asked me to recognize the place and it was very clear that it was Canada.

The next scene was that i was married and my husband (who happens to be my soulmate as i have seen many times in previous  sessions )was bed ridden, i was working and i would take care of him , i had to travel back to see how and why was he bed ridden and how did we get married, when i reached back to the time, i saw that we were class mates in college and we fell in love very young and got married at the age of 21-22 and after a few years when i was just 26 years old he met with an accident, he was benjamin and after that accident benjamin could not move as he had got paralized waist below.... Dr. Vandana asked me if i ever met any other man and the answer was no , I loved benjamin and i was happy and contented taking care of him, he on the other hand was very sad and his dosability had taken a tall on him.

When i was taken to the most important event in my life which usually is why one wants to have the regression and is the event which has the lesson one carries from that life, i saw myself a middle aged woman, now age and the fact of being both the bread winner and the nurse for my husband was showing on my face and i was no more the happy woman i was , the scene i saw brought a smile on my face and was when Benjamin and me walked out of the hospital ,he was cured and  he could walk now, i was so happy and felt that all that pain and sufferring was worth those many years,  after that i saw a scene where i came home from work and saw Benjamin hanged from the ceiling, he left me alone after all those years and all those efforts. He had become too sadistic and had started to believe that he is worthless and he should not live anymore, i did not blame him but i felt so lonely , i left that house and went back to the church and soon after i died too. Till this moment i had not cared to identify myself as i had sacrificed my life for my soulmate , when Dr.Vandana asked me to see what it was written on my grave stone , it read “ Anna who gave her life for love” and i started crying , my tears did not stop for a few minutes and then when i calmed down i entered the LBL , i was a pure white light,felt very light and travelled very comfortably , as i reached the place, i saw the Master soul and my soulmates too. My soulmate came and joined me and took my hand , i looked back for the Master Soul’s approval , he gave the permission with a nod , so once again i asked the master soul would my soulmate and me be together in this life and at this time he embraced us and gave us his blissings , we became one with him and totally embraced in his light .

The lesson i learnt in that life was “never love so immensly and give the other person the chance to love you and care for you as much “

.A Story of love

A woman came out of her house & saw 3 old men  with long white beards sitting in her front yard. She did not recognize them. She said "I don't think I know you, but you must be hungry. Please come in & have something to eat."

"Is the man of the house home?", they asked.

"No", she replied. "He's out."

"Then we cannot come in", they replied.

In the evening when her husband came home, she told him what had happened.

  "Go tell them I am home & invite them in!"

  The woman went out & invited the men in"

  "We do not go into a House together," they replied.

  "Why is that?" she asked.

One of the old men explained: "His name is Wealth," he said pointing to one of his friends, & said pointing to another one, "He is Success, & I am Love." Then he added, "Now go in & discuss with your husband which one of us you want in your home."

The woman went in & told her husband what was said. Her husband was overjoyed. "How nice!!", he said. "Since that is the case, let us invite Wealth. Let him come & fill our home with wealth!"

His wife disagreed. "My dear, why don't we invite Success?"

Their daughter was listening from the other corner of the house. She jumped in with her own suggestion:

"Would it not be better to invite Love? Our home will then be filled with love!" 

"Let us heed our daughter's advice," said the husband to his wife.

 "Go out & invite Love to be our guest."

The woman went out and asked the 3 old men,

"Which one of you is Love? Please come in & be our guest."

Love got up & started walking toward the house. The other 2 also got up & followed him. Surprised, the

lady asked Wealth & Success: "I only invited Love, Why are you coming in?"

The old men replied together: "If you had invited Wealth or Success, the other two of us would've stayed out, but since you invited Love, wherever He goes, we go with him. Wherever there is Love, there is also wealth & Success!!!!!!"

The Weight Of Resentments

A teacher once told each of her students to bring a clear plastic bag and a sack of potatoes to school. For every person they refuse to forgive in their life's experience, they chose a potato, wrote on it the name and date, and put it in the plastic bag. Some of their bags were quite heavy.

They were then told to carry this bag with them everywhere for one week, putting it beside their bed at night, on the car seat when driving, next to their desk at work.

The hassle of lugging this around with them made it clear what a weight they were carrying spiritually, and how they had to pay attention to it all the time to not forget and keep leaving it in embarrassing places. Naturally, the condition of the potatoes deteriorated to a nasty smelly slime. This was a great metaphor for the price we pay for keeping our pain and heavy negativity! Too often we think of forgiveness as a gift to the other person, and it clearly is for ourselves!

Forgiveness is the fragrance the flower sheds on the heel that crushed it.

Overachieving & Overreaching -  A Sign of ImbalanceSometimes when we don't feel good enough, we create imbalance by overachieving or needing to be the best at something.Overachievers are people who have achieved but still feel the need to do more, creating an imbalance in their lives. People who exhibit this behavior may be trying to compensate for feelings of insecurity & doubts about their worth. They may be chasing unresolved issues from their past into the present, or they might not be looking at their lives as a whole, but judging themselves based only on one aspect of their being. If this is a word that we’ve heard used with respect to our choices & lifestyle, it is worth examining in order to balance our lives for a more rewarding experience.

If we find that we cannot allow ourselves to experience & enjoy the present moment, putting pleasure off into some distant future, it may be a sign that we are being driven to achieve more than is truly necessary. Pushing ourselves beyond the point of exhaustion, or to the exclusion of important people in our lives, robs us of true & meaningful joy. Once we make the connection to the eternal part of us, it can nourish us & allow our priorities to shift from chasing after an elusive feeling to being fully present in the moment so that we can live our lives in the now.

Sometimes we need to look to those we love & admire in order to realize what we value about life. We can take time to note what we like about others, & then turn the mirror to reflect the light of those same words & feelings toward ourselves. It can be quite a revelation to see ourselves in this nourishing light. When we can put the energy that we’ve been devoting to a phantom sense of achievement into the truly satisfying aspects of our lives, we can restore the balance between our inner and outer worlds and experience true joyful peace.

Getting Run Down -  Recharging Your Batteries.
Getting worn out & run down robs you of receiving what you need from the universe.

Our natural state of being is vibrant, happy to be alive. Yet, there can be times when we feel run down & worn out. This does not mean that we are lazy or unfit for the tasks in our lives; it means that we need to recharge our batteries & find a way of keeping them charged. Vitamins & extra rest can be very helpful in restoring our physical bodies. And if we are willing to delve deeper, we may discover that there is an underlying cause for our exhaustion.

Whenever you are feeling run down, take an honest look at how you have been thinking, feeling & acting. You will likely find a belief, behavior pattern or even a relationship that is out of alignment with who you really are. Perhaps you believe you have to be perfect at everything or you have been bending over backwards to get people to like you. Maybe you are dealing with mild depression or simply have too much on your plate right now. There may also be people or situations in your life which are draining your energy. Once you get clear on the root cause, you can weed it out & better direct your flow of energy in the future.

In time, you might notice that the reasons you feel run down have less to do with how much you are doing & more to do with the fact that in your heart, you would rather be doing something else entirely. From now on, try & listen to what your heart really wants. It may take meditation, or just a moment of silent tuning in to gain the clarity you need, but it is well worth the effort. When you know what you truly want to do &d honor that in all situations, you will find that getting run down is a thing of the past.

Value the Precious Human Life & Utilize It

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers of being courtiers in rich kingdoms, got together to visit their old gurukula teacher. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life trying to please the royalty. The Gurudev’s wife wanted to offer the guests some badam flavoured milk in a few cups. Being an elderly lady, she initially got the empty cups out. Some of the cups were brand new and made of gold, some were middle-aged and made of silver and others were very old & were made of bronze or copper. The Gurudev accompanied the Guru Maatha (Gurudev’s wife) into the kitchen to assist her in getting the pot of hot badam flavoured milk. Gurudeva & Guru Maatha slowly started offering their guest the milk.

They requested the students to help themselves. When all the students had a cup of milk in hand, the Gurudeva said,"If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones.. While it is but normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. What all of you really wanted was milk, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups and were eyeing each other ' s cups Now if life is milk, then the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, but the quality of Life doesn't change. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the milk in it."

Moral: Don't let the cups drive you.. Enjoy the milk instead. Human Life is precious. For maintenance of the body and family certain material benefits are required. But having go this rare human life better concentrate on enjoying it.

Allowing Our Light to Shine - Removing Obstructions

When we remove obstructions in our path our light can more easily come forth.

There are times when we may not feel at our best & brightest. At those times we can take a look at what we might do to let our inner light shine to the fullest. Because we are physical, mental & spiritual beings, we need to determine where our spiritual light is being filtered or blocked. We can work from the outside inward, knowing that we are the only ones with the power to dim our lights & as we clear away the layers we can get out of our own way to feel the warmth of our own light shining again.

As vehicles for our mind & soul, our bodies require proper maintenance. Caring for ourselves is like polishing--helping to clear away the accumulation of physical debris that keeps us from operating at our fullest capacity. A simple shift in our thoughts can positively affect our mental state, moving from complaints to gratitude & applying the powerful light of love to any shadowy thoughts. A change of scenery can allow us to see the world in new ways too.

Once we are free of our restrictions, we can become still & connect to the power at the center of our being. It is always there for us, but when we forget to connect, or siphon our power in too many directions, we cannot make the most of our energy. Starting from the inside out may direct us to take the right steps for our journeys back to the light, but sometimes it can be difficult to find the stillness if our bodies & minds are in the way. As we practice steps to keep our energy flowing freely & without obstruction, we shine our light brightly, illuminating our own paths & making the world around us glow as well.

Why is it that we sometimes are unable to experience joy & bliss? What can we do to overcome the situation?

Welcome hardships, trials & challenges. Dwell on the Name of the Divine which is dear to you, steadily & with faith. Discard all inferior sources of joy. Know that the Divine is the spring of joy in every heart. When you repeat the Name of the Divine with a pure heart, HE will fill you with bliss & joy.

Jealousy & hatred do more harm to those who entertain these feelings than to those towards whom these are expressed.
